Is it worth it to request a hearing ... do they ever reduce the fees or is it just better to pay it?
(I definitely don’t want to waste time on it if a hearing is not likely to change anything.) Thanks in advance!

Not worth it. They have the photographic evidence. Not worth a day off work to sit there.

Cool, thanks. That’s what I figured. I couldn’t see the traffic light on the video at first but now I figured it out. Lol.
Just wanted to make sure it wasn’t like a speeding ticket where they will sometimes reduce the “charge” or fee if you show up.

Nothing you can do about it.
It doesn't go against your license or give you points though like it would if a cop pulled you over for blowing a red light.
Since you can't prove who was driving your car, it goes down as a parker not a mover.
