How stressful is selling your home?
We are putting our house up for sale this week and I want to see what we should expect on the seller side. We wont be buying a new house right away so we dont have to deal with juggling closing on both.

Re: How stressful is selling your home?
Eh it only gets stressful if it takes a while. Just declutter, stage rooms that aren’t being used for a specific reason and make sure everything is super clean for showings. Last minute showings can get annoying sometimes but it could be that person who puts an offer. So it’s worth it
Best of luck !

Re: How stressful is selling your home?
Keeping it clean and having to get everyone out of the house for showings was the only stressful part. But we have 3 kids and a dog. Once I got the house show ready it wasn't hard to keep up with but just another thing to do before I left for work each day. Making beds, cleaning floors and bath rooms, vacuuming every day was not something I ever did before, but I was motivated so I just did it! Good luck!

We will be listing our house as well within the next few weeks I’ve been working on purging, I don’t have a ton of clutter except in my den which makes it look small so I’ve been putting toys in bins but with 2 young kids I have to keep my gates up which I hate the look of but I need to keep them safe! Hopefully it’s not a deterrent
