If she is saying they are on the rocks, I'd probably skip it.
Maybe just text her, but even that might bring up bad feelings at this point.

I've only ever gotten an anniversary card from my aunt and I thought that was odd. DH and I don't even get them for each other.

I’ve never sent an anniversary card. I just say it on FB or through email.
It depends how iffy they are. If they are separated, then no. If not, then send something.

A little weird her DH makes YOU get them a card? What guy does that?! I can't even imagine my DH telling my BFF's they have to send us a card. I do send my BFF's birthday cards.
Like other posters said... I wish them in a text and on facebook if they post about it first.

I think it's an old school thing. Back in the day they sent cards for everything because there was no Facebook, texting, etc

No he just makes me wanna puke, he doesn't make me get a card  sorry if it was worded weird but that made me lol!!

I don't send cards to anyone unless it's a big anniversary and DH and I don't even exchange cards on our own anniversary.
So I would probably send a thoughtful text just to my friend (not her DH) and congratulate her on surviving another year lol, wish them well in the year to come, hope the next year is better than the last, etc etc. Or something like that.
