closed group on facebook questions
If you post in a closed group on facebook, would any friends get messages about you posting, liking etc? If someone searches your name would those posts or you being a member of the closed group show up? how private is being on a closed group?

only people in that group can see what you post, comment on, or like.
If your friends are not in that group, they see nothing

If its closed then they can't see anything unless they are in the group too.

I think you can choose in the privacy settings to not show the groups you belong to. If you search a closed group, you can see who the members are.
