Facebook questions
Ok I feel so silly bc I can't figure this out, but how do I hide the Farmville, Mafia Wars, etc... posts that show up on my news feed?
And how do I change it so that it doesn't show up on my wall every time I comment on someone's status, "like" something or write on someone's wall?

to hide the applications - hover the mouse over the top right corner of the status, and the word
hide" will appear. Click that and it will give you the option to hide the app or the person. Click the app.
And the second question - you should be able to update that in your privacy settings, i think

you cant anymore the only thing you can do i manually delete them ... when FB went to the new settings they got rid of this!!

I changed my FB back to the old way but heading to the left hand of the screen, and click "More", under where it says news feed, status updates, etc.
Then drag STATUS UPDATES to the top of the list....this way only friend's status updates will show up instead of all the dumb stuff in the news feed. This is the closest you can get right now for it to look like it used to before they changed it again.
