Overstock - great customer service!

Just wanted to share my recent experience with Overstock. I ordered a small table that had to be put together (total of 6 screws). I followed the instructions exactly, but there was one screw that could not be put in because the holes did not line up (they were off by quite a bit - like at least an inch). So I called customer service and (maybe this is a bit "big brother-ish") I didn't even have to give them my name - they had all the info (what I ordered, name address etc) just because I called from the same phone that I listed when I ordered. (And unlike some places when you call, you have to give them you name, address, order number etc 5 different times!). The customer service rep was so helpful and friendly. I was half expecting them to say to re-box up the table (which would mean taking apart the pieces I had already put together) and ship it back but instead, they are sending a complete new one and said to take whatever parts I need from it then just tape up the box again and they will come and pick it up. Yes, it's definitely annoying to have to do any of it, but they really made it as easy as possible.
