Night out- place with a DJ!
Does that even exist anymore?
I have been to Rare- Thurs nite. Fun but we are looking for a Fri night.
Babylon Carriage house was my only known option.
Any others?

I think some places on the nautical mile do, like Tropix. There are also bars in Ocean Beach that do if you are willing to take a little trip.

I'm pretty sure Refuge has one Thurs, Fri and Sat.
Nautical Mile (Tropix...if you're willing to deal with that crowd). lol
Monsoon might too.

Nautical Mile DJ's end early 9pm or 10pm (because of the homes nearby) then some have headphones.

Is this really true??? I thought I was just married with kids and way out of the loop. Do clubs not exist anymore? Where do young people go? I used to go to clubs all the time in my 20's!

Sadly it is, as far as I know at least because I am right there with you on the married with kids - lol. I am sure Queens, NYC still had, but as far as Long Island I really don't know of any then Aura.

We definitely had our pick on where to go on a Friday/Sat night back then; than what they have now. Most of the places closed or turned into restaurants. I would assume most 20 year olds now go to bars.......instead of clubs.

It is true. I'm out every weekend, there's hardly any clubs. I'm sure there are tons in NYC, but I don't typically go there. But I never really did clubs as a kid either, I always preferred bars.
