Out of town guests - need ideas
What activities do you do with out of town guests that doesn't involve NYC? We have friends coming from the UK at the end of the month. They'll be staying in NYC for a week before heading out to the island. It's not their first visit. We've done brooklyn, coney island, the north fork. I need ideas for a Saturday afternoon and a Sunday. I am drawing a blank.
We have a 6 year old DD. They have no kids. So family friendly but not kid centered is a plus.

How about a Ducks game? The Long Island Aquarium...Walking to the Fire Island Lighthouse from the Boardwalk at Robert Moses Field 5...The Vanderbilt Museum and Planetarium...Planting Fields Arboretum or Old Westbury Garden to see the tulips...

Botanical Gardens (Bronx & Brooklyn)
Bronx Zoo/Queens Zoo
Riverhead Aquarium/Outlets
Sands Point Preserve
Going on a boat from Freeport's Nautical Mile
Are they into museums? There are lots on LI.

Out of town guests - need ideas
The vineyards, hike at Avalon preserve, go to the fire island lighthouse, the Bayard cutting arboretum is beautiful and they have a nice little cafe.

Thanks everyone. I think we are going to do the Planting Fields Arboretum Saturday afternoon and then an escape room Saturday night. We are still deciding on Sunday. They leave Sunday night so we'll leave it up to them how adventurous they want to get right before leaving. LOL.

You can do sagamore hill when you 're in the area too.
Outlets - I don't know if its a UK thing but my husband has a colleague from England who insists on going every time he comes to the US.
