Restaurant in AC to get dressed up and celebrate
Having a girl’s overnight in AC to celebrate my best friend’s 40th. We want to go somewhere and put on dressy dresses where we won’t feel out of place. Someone told me the Borgata. Any other recommendations?
(I know AC is mostly a dump, but that’s our meeting point because we’re all in different states.)

I haven't been to Borgata so I can't comment on that. There's a lot going on at Tropicana and they have Cuba Libre and Carmine's. Caesars has Mortons and Buddakhan. There's an area that connects Caesars to Ballys called the Wild West and that's a lot of fun to hang out at. Great bands and lots of drinking!

I would probably do Morton's at Caesar's- For Dh's bachelor party, his best man was able to customize the menu and have his name on it at the top too... You could probably ask them to do a birthday menu for the celebration

Agree about Borgata. If you want steak, old homestead. If you like sushi / Asian fusion head to Izakaya. I loved Izakaya and just prefer Borgata to other hotels.
Otherwise I also like Cuba Libre in the Trop.

I like Cuba Libre! You can also make dinner reservations there and then it switches to the club - it is mostly Latin music though but we love that!

We do Mortons and Buddakan when we are in AC and dress up. Mortons will make a custom menu and take your photo for a keepsake at the restaurant.
