Tell me about your air fryer?
If I fry veggies is it still healthy bc it is with air and not oil? Is it even good? What is your favorite brand?

Philips.
How would you be frying veggies? With batter? If you’re just throwing veggie es in, the air fryer will make them Crispy. As far as calories, you can calculate that based on what you use. It’s healthier than traditional frying because you don’t use a single drop Of oil other than oil spray for the basket so food doesn’t get stuck

No not with batter. I love to roast veggies. Like broccoli and cauliflower, chic peas, kidney beans, carrots I cut into narrow strips, and so I thought I could air fry them and instead of baking for like over an hour they’d be done faster and taste fried?

I love my air fryer! I've done veggies a few ways. I do usually add a little oil. I've done peppers and onions to throw in with chicken and rice or green beans or broccoli as a quick side. I wouldn't say they taste fried but they crisp up a bit and cook really quickly. I did buffalo cauliflower and it was so good I ate the whole thing before dh could try any lol. Eggplant parm comes out amazing. I just mix a teaspoon or two of oil into the breadcrumbs and they're amazing. I've breaded fish that way too and it came out great. We've done baked potatoes, shrimp, coconut chicken. The only thing we didn't enjoy was falafel. That came out a little dry. I do plan to try whole chickpeas soon.
