gift idea for someone going through treatments

A friend who lives in the city is going through some health issues and chemo treatments soon.

Now when my mom went through cancer 17 years ago, medicine was different then. She never got sick, but lost her appetite and would get nauseous so the only thing she could stomach were chocolate Fribbles from Friendlies. So i'd stock the freezer with a few.

i'm way out east so she's not close. Does anyone have any gift ideas to send her or have sent to her?

Things that helped me when I was in chemo-

- cool, fun water tumbler (you need to drink lots of water while on treatment)
- gift cards for Netflix/iTunes
- funky print pajamas
- adult coloring books, especially ones that are full of curse words haha
- really soft blanket
- magazines and books

Seamless does giftcards now and those would have been awesome to receive while I was sick (they only recently started selling them) -- highly recommend this, because when it comes to food, aversions can change up a lot. This way you can gift her a few nice hot meals straight to her door and it's whatever the heck she is in the mood for that day!
