Business Suits
I need a suit and ordered two suits from Ann Taylor, which was always my go-to (no brainer) place but the quality has plummeted. Any recommendations for a well tailored quality suit? I was thinking about Brooks Bros. but I've never even been inside their store. Does anyone know if they have nice suits? Any other recommendations?

Tahari at Macy’s has had some nice ones in the past (haven’t bought a suit in awhile).

Brooks Brothers is CRAZY expensive.
I would try Bloomingdales, Nordstoms, Macys etc first

When I used to work in NYC I often had to wear suits , I used to buy a lot of them from Century 21 in Westbury.

I didn't realize how expensive BB was, so I will definitely check out Macy's, etc.

I buy my suits from C21 too. They mainly have Calvin Klein and Tahari. Their prices are fantastic.
I used to do all Ann Taylor and agree with you - and their cut is strange.

have always gotten my suits there and they were beautiful, but the two I ordered recently were so flimsy. Very disappointing because I like to get the jacket/skirt/pants combinations, which I don't recall being able to find in Macys or C21.
