I made these for all of my girls (4, 9, 10). Similar but you can totally make them at home with very little sewing experience!...https://realitydaydream.com/fleece-lined-hooded-poncho-for-little-girls/?m

Yes, most things are easy to make, and I can sew! I don't have little ones though
