Anyone use VRBO for an overnight stay?
The property I was looking at is a good deal but I'm not a huge fan of the fact that they actually charge a $200 damage fee and you don't get it back until 7 days after you check out. That's more than the rental I was looking at for the night.

Anyone use VRBO for an overnight stay?
If the reviews were good, I'd overlook the damage charge. I've only used vrbo for rentals 1+ weeks. Maybe contact the owner and see if the fee could be reduced?
