Ribs Help
So just realized I never added the brown sugar to the rub for my ribs. I'm suppose to cook them in oven for 2 hrs and then slather with sauce and then cook on the grill for another 30min. Do you think I could add the sugar before I put the sauce on or am I better off just leaving it out.

the sugar is to help create a sweetness, crust and flavor?
I think its ok to add some, let it sit for an hour then cook
Add: I never cooked ribs, but I have forgot to add ingredients, and added after but before I cooked if I was able.
If you leave it out, I'm sure it would be fine too.
sounds ymmy, enjoy!!
ps, maybe you can add the sugar to the sauce your going to slather on it?

I would just add the sugar before putting them in the oven. If they are already in the oven add it to your sauce before tossing on the grill

Thanks. I ended up just cooking without and they were really good. I'll try adding it next times.
