Gift help!
Dh and I will be celebrating one year. 1st year is paper... What can I get him/us ?! Something sentimental. We currently can't travel so plane tickets are out. I'm stumped!!
I was thinking about our first dance lyrics printed in a cool way, especially since we both don't know all the words Ahahah.
It's in 2 weeks. Yea, I suck

I loved this idea when I was looking for the 1st paper as well and since you love to travel it would be great.
You buy a huge map and put little cute push-pins at all the locations you have been together. You can hang it in your office or den, etc.
Try to google it. I am bad at posting links.

The first dance lyrics is a great idea. I've seen it printed over a photo and framed. So a pic of you guys dancing at wedding with the words over it. Saw it all over Etsy

Have the pushpin map already. I was thinking the lyrics in addition to something else
Also I don't want to buy something to hang up on a wall without buying a house first. If I'm designing the lyrics thing, I want to make sure it matches whatever room I'm putting it in.

1st is also china if you go by the "modern" list lol!
We don't really celebrate based on the traditional list. We just go back to our wedding venue for dinner every year and take a selfie in front of the main sign. I love that we have pictures in that spot every year. Last year was a pregnant pic, this year was a selfie with dd. Can't wait to be able to look back on all the pictures over the years

For our one year I had our ketubah framed. I would get art or a lithograph that both of you like for your home.

What about one of those books that have designs made by folding the pages of the book? Lots of people sell them on etsy. You could do your wedding date, initials, etc.
