Weekday birthday party
Thank you for all your opinions. I understand why people don't love them and I am also one of those people. But since it's August and most of the people invited are either off for the summer or SAHMs I think we will plan in for 5pm on the day of his bday which is a Monday. The difference is $279 for a weekday vs $629 for a weekend. That's crazy!!! The other option is Saturday or Sunday of Labor Day weekend which I think may annoy some people too. We can't please everyone!!

That is a huge price difference and you know your friends best. I would go for the weekday over Labor day wkend for sure.
