Venting about my DH !!!

So he has a problem getting to sleep and will sometimes not come to bed till 3-4-5am. Sometimes he wakes me up, sometimes he doesn't. But GENERALLY its not hard for me to fall asleep...EXCEPT...

Then my dog sometimes wont settle in when they come to bed. Dog comes with DH.

Last night I woke at 4am to go to the bathroom. F'ing DH comes to bed about 10 min later.

SO between both them coming in, then the F'ing dog deciding he has to chew his paws for F'ing 20 F'ing min..... I could not fall back asleep......

.......because I had to be up at 5:15 for the early train.

I love him, but I told him he HAS to come to bed at lest 2 hours before he knows I wake up. "

I'm pissed.

He should sleep on the couch until you get up to go to work if hes going to be waking you up like that. I have a hard time falling asleep as well. I sleep on the couch when that happens. If I pass out at 10 pm while watching tv, I told dh to just leave me there, otherwise Im buying stupid crap on Amazon at 3 am.

I sleep in the second bedroom.
DH goes to sleep after I do, he likes to watch TV in the bedroom. He also has sleep apnea which he doesn't treat and makes him snore, snort, gasp like a beast and he has restless legs.
I have to get up at 5:25 for work, he only has to get up to drive me to the train.

I can deal with the cat sleeping with me, she knows when it is bedtime and only gets up if I get up to pee during the night.

Venting about my DH !!!

My DH has spent many nights on the couch. He snores and has sleep apnea and like the previous poster won't treat and denies he actually has... on bad nights I kick him out. I need sleep

ugh, that would infuriate me too! sorry that is happening.. I would tell him that if he isn't coming to bed by a certain time then he needs to sleep somewhere else.

Why?!! Why must they do this in the middle of the night?!!

I have 2 in the bedroom with us. Big one sleeps on the floor. She's the worst! I must say "stop licking" in my sleep 3x a night. The little one sleeps in bed with us. He'll start licking himself out of nowhere and it sounds like he's deep throating himself Hahahaha
With him I say "stop blowing yourself" lmao

I agree w the others. If he comes to bed anytime after 3, he should just wait til you have to get up so he doesn't disturb you.

My Dh works crazy hours. When he has to up at 2 or 3am, I make him sleep in the other room.
