Blocking CN on demand?

My nephews introduced my kids to cartoon network and I do not like a bunch of the shows on there and thats all they want to watch now! Maybe in a few years but right now they are too young I think. I googled how to use the parental controls to block the actual channel but does anyone know to block the on demand feature for optimum?? Thanks!

I believe you can set a password that will be required to use On Demand.
I had to set it because DD was accidentally renting movies and we were getting charged for all these movies we never rented.
This is on Fios, but I am sure they have the password option on Optimum.
