Car seat question, carseat to convert to booster
Looking for recommendations on a car seat that changes to a booster seat. My daughter & I have the Graco Argos 65 in our cars. Looking for something similar but possibly less expensive for dads car to be used only once in awhile? Thanks. It will be used in a 2017 Honda Civic if that' makes a difference.

Re: Car seat question, carseat to convert to booster
We have the graco nautilus I haven't converted it yet, but it converts to a high back and then a backless booster. I like that you can keep them harnessed up to 65 lbs in it (though DD will hit the height limit sooner I think)

Car seat question, carseat to convert to booster
we have a Graco Nautilus for our newly adopted 3 year old son. I think i got it for less than $100 on Amazon. we're still using it as a Harnessed car seat- but it converts eventually to a high back booster and then a high back booster. We really like it, can't really beat it for the price.

thanks! I'm going to look into the Nautilus! My granddaughter is 6 1/2 and is still harnassed in the Argos. We have to measure her though to see if she's at the height limit.

The Nautilus is the same as the Argos except you have to manually thread the straps when adjusting.

my older son is 6 1/2, too... and he uses the Nautilus in harness mode also. i think it has a pretty high height limit, so it would be a good choice...

I looked it up recently because I was curious. It's up to 49 inches in harness mode Stats
