Show me your smaller diaper bag for quick trips to the store

I have a large Carters tote diaper bag that I use most of the time. It hold EVERYTHING. But honestly, a lot of times when I'm running out to the store with DD, I only need a few extra diapers, travel wipes, a bottle, change of clothes, and a paci. I dont need to lug around this huge diaper bag. I'd like to get a smaller one (something nice that can double as a handbag) that I can use for quicker trips out. Can anyone recommend theirs?

I have a 17 month old and I find myself going out to the supermarket or local errands without a diaper bag. I will bring my regular purse and throw in a pacifier - I don't even bring diapers with me a lot of the time, and definitely not a bottle or change of clothes. Maybe you should consider keeping diapers/wipes and an outfit in the car itself as backup, that way you don't have to bring them in a bag everywhere. Especially if its just a quick trip, you probably wont need a change of clothes (Hopefully).

That's what I did. I hated dragging a diaper bag around. I drag enough shit around in my purse.
I had this little case that held a diaper or two, a travel size pack of wipes and I'd take that and just throw it in the car for short trips or errands.
I'd throw a pacifier in a case in my purse.

Something like this- but mine did't have the changing pad.... just the case.

I never use a diaper bag.
I stick 3 diapers and Costco wipe container that it nearly empty in a ziplock bag & stick it in the purse. Ziplock bag for dirty diaper is useful in a bind.
Used to stick a bottle in another bag... but now that she's over 1, I have been going without.

This. I keep them in a basket in the trunk just in case and when we go the store i just make sure he has his paci attached to him and I grab some teething wafers to keep him happy in the store!

This! I honestly only used a diaper bag when my son was a newborn. I made sure I always had an extra diaper and wipes in my car once he was around 6 months. He was BF so I never had to worry about a bottle. Now that he is potty trained (2), I keep an extra outift, underwear, and wipes in the car just in case. I usually keep a bag of goldfish/pretzels in the car in case he gets hungry.

I live for my lesportsac crossbody pocketbooks. I even use them for all-day outings when I'm nowhere near my car. I can fit just as much as I'd put In A diaper bag into one of those! I have a vertical one that has 3 compartments (baby stuff in big, my wallet/phone i. A smaller one), and then an east-west one that has an expandable section.

If it's just a quick trip to a store though, I just throw a paci, diaper, and wipes into my pocketbook.

My diaper bag sucks. I only bring it on long outings, otherwise I just grab my bag and throw a snack container and boogie wipes in it. And a diaper and wipes if she hasn't pooped yet!

I use a small backpack. I just keep diapers, wipes, paci, a toy and water bottle. Change of clothes are in the car.

I have a jujube hobobe which I really like. Small enough to use all the time but big enough to hold everything. The number of pockets is insane so you can stay really organized and probably not even need the bigger bag. I wish the strap was a little longer bc I usually wear it crossbody which is so convenient buy the strap is a little short for that.
