I need a smaller diaper bag!
I have the skip hop duo deluxe but it's so big now that DD is 1 I don't need all the room.

Once dd got older, I use just the skip hop pronto
Eta that you can throw that into a tote or large purse

Vera Bradley Mom's day out. It's a small cross body. I used it once DD turned one and it held everything I needed included my wallet so I don't need a separate purse.

I agree...when I go out and don't want to carry my diaper bag I just throw a diaper and wipes in my coach bag, it's a medium size tote cross body bag...works perfectly

I am the opposite and feel like I needed a bigger bag as she got older to accommodate some small toys, books, snacks, sippy cup etc!!!! Also have her epi pens, benedryl, change of clothes (she still poops like crazy) and so much more! Where are you ladies putting everything!!!

As they got older I put diapers/wipes into a ziploc and threw it in my purse .....
I have a separate ziploc of snacks -
I also carry a ginormous LV neverfull on a regular basis though - it's my commuting bag and I'm too lazy to change it on the weekends -
