Neither of my girls have middle names. It just didn't seem necessary to me.

Neither my parents have middle names (both use their conformation names as middle names), and my mom always says she felt left out of childhood conversations when kids compared middle names. I never realized this happened, lol, but apparently it's a sticking point!

I can't believe so many people don't have middle names! I don't think I know anyone without a middle name.

My DH does not have a middle name but I do and all 3 of our kids do. I like it.

Middle names
All of my sisters and brothers have middle names except for my sister JoAnne.
When I was born I was not given a middle name. But when I was baptized the priest said I needed to have a middle name because there was no Saint with my name.
