Suggestions in the Caribbean for December
Looking to get away for our 11th anniversary this December.
Looking for a place in the Caribbean/Mexico that has a hotel in the Marriott or Starwood chain (Ritz Carlton, Westin, W, St. Regis, Sheraton, etc).
I was leaning towards Aruba, since we went there for our first anniversary and it's still warm in December, but DH wants to try someplace new.

Suggestions in the Caribbean for December
Both Ritz properties in Puerto Rico are great as is the St. Regis. There is also a W on Vieques island off of Puerto Rico where I hear is a beautiful trip.

We loved Aruba in December.
The weather was just perfect and the water was like bath water.
Also not crowded which was nice.

I know you mentioned not going to Aruba. We wanted to get away for my birthday this December and ended up choosing Aruba. As other poster mentioned, weather was perfect and if you are going before the holidays, it wasn't too crowded.

Thanks - we love Aruba in December too but, wanted to try another destination.
