Mortgage pay off calculator?
Does anyone know if there's a way I can calculate a mortgage pay off? Like say I send them an extra $100 a month how much it would take off the loan? Or is someone here can tell me? I'm horrible with math!
My loan balance is $230k, payment is $1929 a month. Want to send them 2k a month how much time would it take off?

ETA, in the bottom left you can choose to see the results in terms of interest saved, or months.

We switched to biweekly payments a few years ago and i think its suppose to help you pay off faster.

Taxes are probably included. Mine is slightly higher and mine has the taxes.

BANKRATE.com is a great calculator.
You need to put in your interest rate as well to get an accurate answer.
Select amortization / payment schedule to get the result.

Yes that payment $1929 is mortgsge, taxes, home insurance and pmi sorry!! taxes and insurance are $769 PMI is 98, and about 1060 is principal/ interest right now
