Re: Snow Day
I can actually participate in this thread because for once my job will be closed. I'm shocked!!! It'll be nice to not have to travel to & from Brooklyn in a blizzard.

Re: Snow Day
My company is well known for NEVER closing. Then a couple years back someone in an upstate office died in a crash trying to get to the office. Several others were ticketed for being on the road in state of emergency. The company tried out a closure in February 2015- first & only I've seen in 6.5yrs. We were predicted over 2 feet... and we got like 6 inches. Totally did not help our case for future closures.
That said, we're delayed until 11am tomorrow. They will evaluate & decide in the morning. So hope isnt lost. Of course if we do close I'll spend the day installing my home access & doing some work.
