Spinoff to Probiotic.....
I'd like to start taking one daily. Which ones would you recommend? Would prefer pill form over powder as I think I'd take them more consistently that way.

I take Nature's Bounty Probiotic 10. Sundown Naturals also makes a gummy probiotic that is yummy if you prefer gummies.
