Goody Bags - Children's Party

DD's turning 2 and will be having about 15 kids ranging from ages 2-6 at her party.

Also, there are a 2-3 children that will be under 1 (my niece and siblings of our friends children). They won't count towards the number of children at the party from a paying standpoint, but I was wondering if I should I be giving them a goody bag with more age appropriate stuff for them?

I voted a food item.
This way, DD would eat it, and it would be gone.
I can't stand getting more things to add to her pile of crap!

And yes, I'd give the really little ones a little something too

I only give things kids will use or eat. So basically crayons, bubbles, chalk, bath toys or an edible favor.

Ditto. Definitely prefer goodies that are gone in a few days rather than little trinkets.

Food item - for the kids under 1 I would get a board book - look at target or the dollar store

As a parent of a child with food allergies, I hate when food is in the goody bags. But then I also hate all the junk from Oriental Trading. I would vote for something more usable - crayons, bubbles, small board books, etc.
