Using refrigerated breastmilk
DH gives DD a bottle of refrigerated breast milk every night. I pump in the morning, put it in the fridge, and he does the rest. Unfortunately tonight DH has become a victim of the viral plague and has been sleeping for several hours. If I warm the milk and give her some now, can I leave it out and give her the rest in 5ish hours when she wakes up again? I researched but everything I read says anywhere from 2 hours max to 10. A few people even re-refrigerate.

Using refrigerated breastmilk
I would just not heat it up and then put it back inthe fridge. Or I'd pour the amount I think she'd drink into a bottle and keep the rest in the fridge.

Re: Using refrigerated breastmilk
When I was pumping in the hospital, the lactation consultant nurse said BM can stay out unrefridgerated for 5 hours. So that's what I've been going by.

This is what I would do.
