Re: snowtubing with little ones
Most places have height/age restrictions, so I would check these before you go.
Blue Mountain, Poconos
Shawnee, Poconos
Fernwood (hotel is a dump, snowtubing is fun)
Camelback, Poconos (has glowing tubing at night)
Bear Creek Mountain Resort in PA
Mountain Creek, NJ (you could stay at Crystal Springs resort, they have a nice pool in the Grand Cascades hotel)
Campgaw in Mahwah, NJ, we always go here every year and we like it, small, family friendly, nice staff, we stay at the Courtyard nearby, warm pool.....close to home...30 -45 minutes from GWB
We recently went in the Berkshires..snowtubing there isn't like NJ and PA, so I would avoid that area if you are only snowtubing. We also went skiing there, which was great.

We were in the poconos for the week after Christmas. The closest place to where we were staying was white lightning snow tubing at the villas. They have a small hill for kids 33"-40". Kids over 40" can use the regular hill. My 2.5 year old was able to do the small hill.
