Re: Attack in Germany
What makes it worse is apparently he was already in custody but a judge had to let him go. More details keep coming out and I've forced myself to tune out because it's so sick. If Angela Merkel gets re elected I'll be shocked.

Re: Attack in Germany
I'm not sure what to think about this really. He did a lot of crime in Italy and I'm not sure how he got around a lot of jail time and was able to move around so much.
He was denied asylum in Germany and ordered deported. But Tunisia wouldn't recognise his citizenship, so then he became one of those stateless citizens, which is another problem in itself.
I'm not sure what will happen and if Merkel's party of the CSU/CDU (Germany doesn't vote for a person, but rather for the party). I think it will be interesting and no majority will win. It will be interesting to see who the CDU/CSU or SPD will form a coalition with. I also think the AfD is going to screw things up.

as soon as i heard of what happened, i thought of you and said a prayer that you weren't in that market. so happy to see that you're safe... sadly, still praying for those who were hurt/killed.

Thank you very much. I'm about 5 hours south of Berlin, so not very close at all.

Attack in Germany
The suspect had been found and killed! I really thought this guy was going to stay too well hidden. So glad he's been found.
