parking ticket TOH
yeah. so I got a nice xmas present this morning (really, 20 effing degrees out, but they gotta make that dough). In a municipal lot where only some of the spots have signs, some dont. No general sign either stating the rules.
$135 later for parking 2 hours in a 90 min spot that is nowhere marked. Anyone gotten something like this and challenged? I will challenge.

What you need to do it go back and take pictures. Showing that nowhere in that immediate area does it say that. It may help reduce it.
I got a ticket for no front license plate. It fell off one night and I stuck it in windshield. Guess Cop didn't care and wrote ticket anyway. I took a bunch of pictures and emailed it in along with a not guilty plea. It was dismissed.
Worth a shot

Thanks I took photos and video. Too bad no option for me to email. I have to appear 
glad yours got dismissed. maybe i'll luck out
