there are kind, sweet people in the world... a kind word is all you need, sometimes

this is my last week at my miserable job... yay.

this morning a customer called asking for me. i was busy, they didn't want to talk to anyone else.

i finally got a hold of her. she didn't want to talk to anyone else because...

SO was the tech who visited her home to help with a repair. while he was there, he mentioned that he's my other half and he shared that i'll be starting a new job soon.

she called me to thank me for sending her such a wonderful technician and to thank me for such awesome service. she went on to tell me that SO shared that i'll be going to a new job. she wanted to wish me all the best and to say that she knows i'll do great because i am so wonderful at my current job.

how sweet of her to take the time to want to speak to me and wish me luck.

she made my day!!

yay for older people who still get it and may they teach the young through their examples.
