Bermuda is zika free and less than 2 hour flight. Only issue is it may not be warm enough for the pool/beach.

Yes Bermuda is really only warm enough for the beach from May to October. They have weather similar to the Carolinas.

I've been to Vegas in March and a lot of the pools weren't open yet.

I went late March so maybe that's why they were open.

Re: Feb/March vacation spots
FL is not Zika free.
I think most countries in the Carribbean have Zika. We went to Puerto Rico for Easter this year, and didn't see a single mosquito. It's windy on the beach there, so no bugs really. When you get inland, in the ghetto parts, that is where it's really buggy I'm told. We went to Old San Juan to shop and to the National parks...no bugs. We also went on a catamaran snorkeling trip to Icacos island...GORGEOUS..no bugs on the beach.

I think Pensacola area is zika free. I was researching N Florida for spring break. We probably still aren't flying with a 2m old but this was the closest warm area with no zika.

If the weather is nice enough, they open them early. I was there in Feb and it was 80 degrees and they were open. It was awesome!
