Chp 11 paycheck stubs and more.. what and how long do you keep
My last company filed chapter 11 March 2015, I stopped working for them April 2015.
They still owe me severance and vacation pay. How long should I hold on to all my stubs and paper work? I'm holding on in case I need something.
I would LOVE to sue the union for my fees back, they did nothing to keep us informed etc. :( another reason I'm holding on.
in general, how much past info to old jobs does eveyone keep? I find once I leave the job I cant remember hr pay, benefits etc.
From BOCES I still keep my finger print info???

We scan everything and then toss the paper copies.
As for the fingerprinting, I've never kept that info. Every time I apply for a job, they run my info against the database and I get a letter saying everything's fine.
