Activities for kindergarten boy
Looking for some ideas for the winter for my kindergarten boy. We're already looking into tae kwon do and have done gymnastics in the past. What do your boys do?

Activities for kindergarten boy
I just signed DS 1 up for hockey through lil athletes. It's 7 weeks, 45 min per class, and $160. They have a lot of different sports and locations.

Re: Activities for kindergarten boy
We do programs through our local rec leagues and town. He plays soccer (fall) basketball (winter), and lacrosse (spring). This year we start t-ball (spring.) We are doing an occasional art class here and there (about 3 a school year) through our local parks and rec. Our school also offers free after school enrichment 6 sessions in the fall and 6 in spring. He is finishing the fall session now. He did fun and games, which was tag and playground games mainly.

Activities for kindergarten boy
same thing here!! my son is just finishing up soccer for the fall. I just signed him up for swim that starts after new years... and i'm also gonna look into tae kwon do maybe (he's adopted ffrom Korea so i think it would be a cool thing for him to try...) its tough because i need to keep him busy.... but at the same time, i don't want to be running him all over the place. to a million activities, ya know?!?

Finishing soccer now, swimming program through the town for winter and maybe back to iceskating through the town program. Spanish classes and maybe art classes (only 4 sessions). Hard to choose!

Activities for kindergarten boy
DS just finished soccer. He does swimming on Friday nights and MMA on Saturday mornings. Swimming ends just before Christmas, so in January we are thinking of trying basketball. We don't want him doing more than 2 activities at a time.

Activities for kindergarten boy
In kindergarten, my son did soccer in the fall, basketball in the winter and t-ball in the spring.
He also did karate througout the year and an after school Lego program for 6 weeks.

Was the Lego program through your school? That sounds cool! Thanks for the suggestions everyone. Looking into basketball and hockey now too. It's so hard to find days/times that are convenient for our crazy schedule.

It was through the school but, it was run by a Lego place in our area.
