What age did you remove the video monitor from your LOs room?

What age to D/C a video monitor
We only had an audio monitor and stopped using it by 18 months (unless he's really sick). I can easily hear him from my room.

DS is almost 4 and I still have it in his room. We have 2-cameras (DD is 1.5) and I have no desire to get rid of it yet. DS stays in his bed and calls for us if he needs us, so I like it to hear him in the middle of the night.

What age to D/C a video monitor
Ummm my DD is 5 and I still have it up in her room. I don't think we really need it, but I like to have it on at night. She comes to us if she needs something, she never really calls for us.

My dd is 4.5 and I still have it with no plans to remove it anytime soon... She calls me or comes to me when she needs something, but I like to keep an eye on her...

My ds is 3 & we have it on in his room but hardly every look at it. It's very useful still for my 1.5 year old.

Or even God forbid anything crazy in the house
The video portion isn't really useful as with her new big girl furniture I don't have it angled to see her. But I do like to hear her.
I'm a bit nuts like that though.
