11pm to 10 am is my ideal.

Same. This is how it is on weekends a lot of the time. Or midnight - 10am. Ah, the benefits of not having kids Chat Icon

do you sleep straight through? I can usually go 6.5 max before I have to pee. Chat Icon

speaking of which, I have to get up in 6 hours, so Ishould get to bed.

In college I used to sleep 2am-10am & have class at 11:30. It was perfect.
now I think I'd like 12:30-7:30. (I just can't seem to get myself to bed by 11:30)

I wake to pee sometimes Chat Icon but I usually sleep straight through. I drink about 90-100oz water every day but I do that throughout the day...once 6pm hits I'll have only a little bit of water or seltzer so I don't hinder my precious sleeping time with a pee break HAHAHA...I have it down to a science, it's so funny you should ask about that.

Sometimes at night I'll crave a non-caf herbal tea and I bargain with myself: is it worth potentially waking to pee?

Re: Spin off to waking up early post....

My current sleeping pattern is go to bed at about 10:30 and I sleep until 7:30-8. Then I get up, go down to the kitchen and grab a big bottle of water and drink that while I rest on the couch and play on my phone/watch the news.

I don't actually get moving until 9ish

This is why when I was running or at the gym every day, I'd go to bed at 10 the absolute latest, get up at 6:30 and be productive all morning!

I will take a nap after lunch if I feel the need

Sleep is a big deal for me lol

DH gets jealous of my schedule. It took me a lot of years to build my home business in such a way that allows me this type of schedule.

I can sleep walk to the bathroom, pee, and sleepwalk back to bed, and be back asleep in minutes.
Pee breaks don't mess with my sleep!
I'm a hard core sleeper!

Lol, same here! I usually do sleep straight through though, and I drink over a gallon of water a day. But yeah, I can sleepwalk right to the bathroom and then fall right back asleep the minute I get back to bed. I excel at sleeping! According to my mom, I was like this since I was a baby. It's probably my only talent!

I would go to bed around 11p and wake up around 7:30am.
That would be the life.

I usually sleep while watching my programs, wake up all pissed off that I fell asleep on my programs, and now have to walk into bedroom and get ready for bed. I have to be up early for work, 430am every day. On weekends I can usually sleep in...I live for those days.
