New Hampshire: Skiing
Any recommendations for places to go skiing in New Hampshire? Specifically ones with great ski schools for my daughters ages 5 and 8. Resorts or Hotels?

We've been to Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH. My brother has a place up there across the street from the mountain. My son went to the ski school a few times and we were very happy with it. Lots of other outdoor activities in the area (the ice castle is really cool). We stayed at my brother's place (he does rent it out if interested) so I can't really help with hotels or resorts. Further north is Mt. Washington. They have a beautiful old hotel there and a few different mountains for skiing.

I have always stayed in North Conway and then drove to various area ski resorts. Even ones in Maine aren't that far. That way you can go where the conditions are the best.

Loon Mountain is opening up a new resort. It might be open already. LOVE the White Mountains, such a gorgeous area!! The Omni at Mt. Washington looks great! But if you stay in North Conway, the Hampton Inn with the waterslide in the pool area looks fun, and the Residence Inn is nice. There is a Red Jacket resort there with a full waterpark, but the rooms look very dated.
