LICM or LI Aquarium?
Tomorrow is my DS's first birthday and we want to do something fun with him. He's not walking yet but loves crawling, going for walks and going to new places. Which do you think would be better for a 1 year old? TIA!

Re: LICM or LI Aquarium?
I don't think LICM has much to do for a crawler.

I would pick the LICM. There's the bubbles area, play area, music area etc. I think he will be more entertained there.

Licm has the tot area?
Plus sand area.

Re: LICM or LI Aquarium?
LICM for a crawler really offers only the totspot( ehh ok but everything goes in the babies mouths so kinda gross), maybe the bubbles, the sand area is just ok but you can just go to the beach for that...the music upstairs could be fun for a few minutes and they may enjoy the blocks(if they are past the throwing and biting them stage).
At The aquarium at this age they love watching the fish and lights in the aquarium, the ambient music, the animals and penguins outside. I think it's more visually stimulating for 1 year old. Plus you can hit up some fall activities out there...I would side with the aquarium for the price.

LICM or LI Aquarium?
I would say LICM. I've brought my youngest there since he was born. They have animals to look at and he could play the instruments in the music section. There are mirrors, blocks, tot spot, buttons to press, phones to play with, etc. My boys like the aquarium, but they get so bored because it's not that big. We are members of the children's museum and go nearly every weekend and they're still entertained.
