Favorite Recipe using carrots?
Need to use up a whole bunch of carrots before they go bad. Please share your favorite carrot recipe

I dont have a recipe but carrot cake . Yum lol
For a side dish i just cut into lil pieces and boil til soft then toss with butter and dill

I have put them in the food processor after rinsing. Once they are minced, I mixed them in a meatball mixture to hide the veggies from my kids. You don't even taste them.
