Restaurant near Penn/Hammerstein Ballroom?
I'm taking my teenager and her two friends to the city and they are seeing Melanie Martinez at the Hammerstein Ballroom. Looking for a decent restaurant nearby, type of food doesn't matter.
Any suggestions? It's at 311 West 34th Street.

The pennsy is a small food court above penn station. It's really cool. Otherwise if it's a good day, Lucy's cantina has a rooftop. Food is mediocre at best.
I went to Stella in Macy's when it first opened and was happy.
Qi for Thai is fantastic! The place is gorgeous and the food is very inexpensive.

I agree with all this.
Lucy's food is ehhhh but it's a cool little atmosphere that the teens might like.
Stella is good!

Just ate at Lugo Cucina and it was very good.
