I left my 4 month old for 3 days to attend my friend's wedding (I was in the wedding party). My parents were willing and able to do it. I missed DS, but we got through it. I don't think I would choose to leave my children for a week for vacation, though, especially that young. A long weekend I'd be totally ok with.

No way. My babies were never good sleepers. I feel like that would be a lot to ask, and I would be nervous and not enjoy the trip either tbh.

Mine are now 13, 11, and 9. I'm not married anymore, but looking back, yes... I wish I had. It's so much easier to leave them at that age bc they don't even notice you're gone. As long as the person watching them is trustworthy, do it. Go away... Take time for your relationship. A HUGE mistake we made while married was putting us on the "back burner".
Go and enjoy!
