Question re. Canned and jarred foods
I accidentally left a grocery bag containing a few canned items and jarred meat sauce in the car a few weeks ago. Normally I would not think twice about using canned and jarred goods in really any circumstances. But they were in the car when we had terrible heat - and god knows what temperature it was in the parked car (black car, black leather in the sun during those heat waves! ) Do you think a really high temperature like that would affect the integrity of the food?

Question re. Canned and jarred foods
I think its fine as along as the cans are not swollen. Trucks aren't air conditioned and they carry these items for days/weeks.
