Kindergarten question
Right now in preschool at day care if I know my son had a hard morning going in I can call a few hours later to check in on him. ....can you do that in grade school? ??!!! How do I know he ok, no news good news? ?

I never called the school to check on her in K.

I've never called the school to how my DD is doing. You have to assume that all is okay unless you hear otherwise, the teachers do not have time during the day to respond to parents who are just "checking in".
