Myrtle Beach vacation, place to stay

Looking to go with my mom and my daughter. Looking for really nice place. We have never been and What things is there to do besides the beach.

We stayed in a timeshare my parents had, Links Golf & Raquet Club. It was very nice, great pool, shuttle to the beach-loved it. As far as activities, there's the beach, mini golf all over, Broadway on the Beach (rides, attractions, and restaurants and shops). There's also a fun pirate show called Pirates Voyage that was awesome. Went with my daughter who was 4 at the time but it's fun for all ages. There's also a pirate boat adventure if your daughter is younger called Pirate Adventure of Myrtle Beach...also lots of fun but HOT. Here's a few links.

Myrtle Beach vacation, place to stay

We stay at the Myrtle Beach resort. It's at the southern end of MB right on the ocean.

There is a lot to do there other than the beach. We haven't done any of the shows (since the food my kids would eat is limited) but, Broadway at the Beach is fun and there are a lot of good restaurants.

We stay at one of our timeshares when we go. It's called Holiday Inn South Beach Resort. It's not on the beach, but right across the street and they do have a private beach club on the beach side with bathrooms, a Rec room and an outdoor/beachside pool.
Aside from beach and pool, we go to Broadway on the Beach, the aquarium, amusement park, play mini golf, Medieval Times, etc... We're never bored.

When you get there pick up coupon books, they are pretty much everywhere- airport, grocery stores, etc. That's how DH and I found a lot of things to do.
