If you are her can you please reach out to me? I have a question for you regarding if you know what the heck is up with their claims department and why it's literally raking MONTHSSSSS to get anything processed even when the provider and member have been calling. I'm also wondering if anyone on here knows if there's anyone to "complain" to (dispute) about this as since the new year (2016). my insurance has been HELL getting reimbursed for anything I am entitled to.
