oh good lord! I am sorry you had to deal with all that! definitely find a new doctor! 
that is ridiculous about the HRA too btw - they should have a note on the account or something like that.... and an US for 2 irregular periods is kind of crazy.
good luck finding a new doctor!!!

TTC related. I fired the OB and his staff today
Hate to say it but sounds like most doctors offices. I hate the staff at my ob but the doctor is great. I get annoyed every time I go
