Heat rash?
DD is a happy, healthy, chunky 13 month old with lots of rolls and I started to notice a rash in the creases of her elbows, on her cheeks and under her chin/neck area. I think its heat rash as its more prominent after she plays outside and sweats. Does anyone do anything that helps it? I figured that some cornstarch powder would help but wasn't sure if there was anything else to do. Thanks!

Diaper cream (specifically triple paste & desitin) both help.
