Eyebrow waxing near Penn
Is there a place that I can get my eyebrows done walking distance from Penn. Weekends have been so busy, I don't have the time. I found out I can leave work early today and was hoping I get get my eyebrows done before I hop on the train.
I also work on Water St in the financial district. Would welcome any suggestions there as well.
TIA!

I used to go there when I worked on Water St. Def better to go downtown than near Penn.

Thanks so much for this recommendation!!! I went there after work (a short walk) and there was no wait and I love the results. I also love the got a certain amount of times ( I forgot how many) and get the next service free.

There is a Perfect Brows on Water St, too, now (40 Water St, though the entrance is on Coenties Slip). That's where I go.
We probably work pretty close to each other!
